Milwaukee
Milwaukee was pretty good to us. Our friend Sarah threw a beer and brats party in our honor. We hung out with her, having some drinks, and playing Guitar Hero. One of the best parts about being in this band is being able to meet so many cool people around the country. Thanks again Sarah.
We headed back to Miramar Theater to watch Beatallica. If you haven't heard of them, you should definitely check them out. They mix Beatles and Metallica songs, which they call "bash ups." Great stuff. "Enter Taxman" is my personal favorite. They invited all of us out on stage to sing "Hey Dude" with them. Great guys.
Our show went pretty well. A guy that we met in Chicago was there, and once again made us all shotgun beers with him. He's nuts. Later we drove back to the hotel and once again were pulled over. That's four times already on this tour. Luckily we have a strict designated driver policy.
We just pulled into Lawrence, Kansas. We're playing the Wakarusa Festival tomorrow with our friends State Radio. Should be awesome. Hopefully the hippies won't kill us.
