New York City and Tour Wrapup

I know that Boston and NY have had a bit of an adversarial relationship over the past few years, but I have to say that NY is definitely our home away from home. From our first show when we opened for George Clinton at Crash Mansion, to our most recent headlining show at the Bowery Ballroom, NY has been amazing to us. Thank you.

The show itself was amazing and was a highpoint for our tour. Demander and The Giraffes both kicked ass. We were pelted with a lot of beer. We had something like 8 NYers that joined us on stage at the end of the set. Total fucking chaos.

We're back home now, recuperating from our month out on the road. It's ridiculous how tiring it is to sit in a van for hours, then carry gear around, rock out on stage and then pack back up. Maybe it's because our crazy fans demand that we do shots with them every night. I'm not sure. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks to everyone who came out. We really appreciate it. A few of us will be blogging more about the tour over the next few days so keep checking back. We also have some more plans about how we're going to take over the world in the next few months. Hide your valuables and your girlfriends. The Camaro is coming.
